John and his co-worker completed a thorough pump out of our 1,000-gallon solids septic tank after 13+ years of not being pumped out! Electrical connections were inspected and pump power verified. Our second 1,000-gallon gray water tank sludge was raked, sludge stirred and suspended in the gray water and pumped out into their very nice Peterbilt pump truck. John offered a few post-service tips and general system discussion. We even chatted briefly about wild turkey and deer hunting! Enjoyable gentlemen. Very reasonable pricing for the amount of effort required to CORRECTLY service our neglected system. Based solely on this first time service, I had AA Septic schedule my home’s system on an every 3 years servicing. For those wondering, this is clearly a “no disappointments” company with PLEASANT service technicians in my experience. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I have used AA Septic Service. Once, after I initially purchased my home and had the tank pumped out, the second time was for pumping, jetting fingers and inspection followed by leveling d-box outlets. I called our AA septic after I had concerns that our distribution box may be leaking. The technician I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns I had. He even went above and beyond and came out to investigate alongside another technician. Turns out I was worried about nothing and just had our septic tank pumped. Well worth it for the knowledge I gained in the process. Both technicians were great and honest with me on if I needed a new septic lid and whether any chemicals should be added as part of service (saved me a lot of money with the honesty). I’d recommend anyone to check them out if you need any service they provide, was very impressed!

We have used AA Septic two times in the last year. Unfortunately we had severe issues with our septic system. They came out right away and addressed the issue last December in the pouring rain. Today, we had a clogged issue and Justin was at out house within a few hours. Once he arrived he helped us discover that a clean out was not needed and a plumber was needing to address the problem. Justin was full of knowledge and discussed options to address the issues in the future. To top things off..... a service call was not charged even though he took his time to come out. Cannot say enough about this amazing company. Would recommend to everyone!

Septic started acting up Friday night during the tornado outbreak and then by Monday morning it was troublesome to say the least. Called a different service without reaching anyone on my first attempt on the second attempt they scheduled for next day service. Called AA Septic got an answer on the first ring, and they were able to schedule same day. The worker was polite and courteous, and even cleaned up after himself.. AA was a life saver. Thought we would have to wait for service until the next day but didn't. They showed up in a matter of an hour or so just as they said and they had it done before we knew it. They gave us great advice and made us aware of the issues that could arise as well as the solution instead of trying to ensure we had to spend a lot more later. Jon came out expliained what could be causing my issues, then he pumped the tank and inspected the tank, he showed me pictures of issues with my septic and went a step futher and dug up where there was potential piping issue to check it and he discovered what has propably really been causing our septic issues which was a busted pipe. he quoted me then and there so i can prepare for the cost asap. In my experience, I can't praise these folks enough! The guy originally came out to pump our septic and found the pump had burned out and it had clogged the pipe. When he couldn't get the rest done by himself and had to leave I'd went into to town for some errands and came home to find the owner working on it out in the dark cold on a Friday evening for no extra service charge. After saving me from calling a plumber or trying to snake it myself, he got everything unclogged and had a pump replacement scheduled for me first thing the following Monday morning. 5 stars from me!

The crew lead identified roots had intruded into the top of the tank and he expertly excavated the top of the tank, removed all the roots and then ensured proper flow from the house to the tank. We woke up to an overflowing septic! Just purchased home a few months ago, so this is all new to us. My husband called different companies. They were the only one that could come out today. We were told this afternoon and since it was not in their service area, there would be an additional service fee. We did not care. We needed this taken care of immediately. The woman said she would try and get someone out this morning but could not guarantee it. Within the hour they called and were on their way. Upon arrival, the gentleman was friendly, professional, and courteous. The service did not take long, BUT he gave us such valuable information on our newly purchased home. Honestly, it is worth paying the additional service fee for the quality of service, promptness, and professionalism we received. The price was very comparable to other companies that were able to come out later in the week too. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The driver came out on a Saturday afternoon, it was an emergency situation and we thought our tank was full. He explained everything he was doing and why and stayed well into about 2-2.5 hrs helping us figure out why things where not draining properly. He was super helpful!! Had a significant drainage problem with rain runoff in our back yard after removing several large trees. John responded quickly and professionally to evaluate the issue and to provide recommended alternatives. We arrived at a cost for the project which was VERY competitive; better than the three other estimates I had received. Work crews arrived on a timely basis and the job was completed on time. The work crew headed by Justin was professional and personable. Both John and Justin were easy to talk to and explained, in detail, their recommendations.
