First they said I was scheduled for a Friday but when I called during the arrival window they said I hadn't been scheduled. So then I was scheduled for Tuesday and we were told we'd get a $25 discount. On Tuesday they sent 4 people who rushed the entire time and said they had to be done by 4:30 because they were told they weren't going to get paid after that time. We did not receive the deep clean with 75 point checklist we were paying for. I mentioned these things to Gabe who said they'd send someone out to reclean but we didn't have the time for someone else to come out. I didn't receive another response after that, and a week later they've billed me what doesn't look like it's been discounted.

Two very nice young girls. They had a good work ethic but didn’t know much about cleaning. Personally, I prefer a more mature cleaning staff and would not chose this company again. This is not a reflection on the young girls that came to do the cleaning but more on the owners of the company who are sending inexperienced people out without a proper lead cleaner. As a company, I would rate them a 2. The cleaning was mediocre at best and my 12 year old could have done the same degree of light cleaning. The only reason I gave a three is bc they were very kind girls doing the best they knew to do.

After being a customer for several years, the company was suddenly sold recently and their level of customer service drastically went down. I could give you a laundry list but suffice it to say that the bottom line was they kept increasing the price and not telling me. This while their service was going down. That's why I'm not a customer anymore. When I approached them, they told me that they always inform their customers of a price increase. That didn't happen in my case. In fact, they became so expensive I decided to move on. I'm assuming they had to raise the rates because the new owner wants to make more money even though my initial inquiry when I got my credit card statement was to call only to find out there was a rate increase. They've increased their prices almost 40% since we became customers. Their rate for our home was $185 per cleaning and our next door neighbor who has three kids and a wife only pays $120 a visit for a different company of course. With our home, it's just my wife and myself. This company is a rip off!

I had used this cleaning service for over a year. After the business was sold last year it has gone downhill. The cleaning itself is okay. I had an incident on this past Friday where a cleaning was scheduled for the afternoon. I got home from work and the house was not cleaned and I was not notified as to why this happened. I tried contacting the company and never heard back! I was very disappointed one because I’ve been a loyal customer and two I had out of town guests coming the next day.
