I have collected several estimates and none of them came with so much of clarity and fairness in pricing. 2) The installation team was highly experienced and finished the job in 2 days for 19 windows with all my concerns addressed to satisfaction.

I recently had 24 windows and glass patio door replaced by NWD. I first got estimates from about 6 companies back in 2019 and NWD was one of them. They weren’t the lowest priced but they weren’t the most expensive either. All were within a couple thousand dollars. One company was outrageously high. I was unable to get the windows done back then. Fast forward to 2023. I decided this is the year to get them. This time I only called NWD and requested an updated quote. I was confident that they would be reasonably priced so I did not contact other companies. The updated estimate was few thousands more than 2019 which was understandable considering the economy and recent pandemic. Pros: - They were the only company that provided a presentable professional estimate. - They worked very well with me to provide my HOA with all necessary information in order for me to get approval. Follow-ups were super fast. - Once approved, Don came out and took measurements again and pointed things out to me. He walked me through the process and set clear expectations. - Sandy and Viktoria were responsive to any questions I had. By the time the windows came in, I had some major deck issues. They said not to worry. They brought plywood to make it safe for them to work. - Day of installation I met Joe, Jerry, and Patrick. They were professional, on time every single day, and worked fast but did not cut corners. I could tell Joe was obsessed about making everything perfect. They cleaned up at the end of every workday. Last day of installation, Joe walked me through how to operate the windows and the glass door and all the options that I now have available that I didn’t have before. Cons: I absolutely cannot think of one thing I was unsatisfied with. Overall, I am completely satisfied with Naperville Windows and Doors. I hope they never advertise because they do not need to. I have gotten compliments from many neighbors…even some I didn’t know very well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and if you’re someone who likes a professional company that does exactly what they said they would do, answers questions without being snarky, professional employees, no pressure sales, or trying to up-sell you, then this is the company for you. Thank you Sandy, Don, Viktoria, Joe, Jerry, and Patrick for making this the best experience I’ve ever had with a Contractor. I cannot express my appreciation to these people enough.

Fabulous company. I bought a new, large bow window for my kitchen. They use Marvin windows and had a window with all wood interior and fiberglass exterior. The wood stain on the inside is beautiful and matches my adjacent cabinets perfectly, and the outside looks great. They were very professional, thorough, patient, nice, affordable, and highly skilled in their workmanship. I talked with several companies before deciding to go with Naperville Windows and Doors. This company was by far the best. I highly recommend them.

Naperville W&D blew my mind from start to finish! Extremely fast response from the quote through installation. I initially reached out for a quote via email, and they responded within 2 hours with a quote for the entire project. Very responsive to my 1,000,000 questions, worked with me on financing options and helped me pick the product that was right for me (even gave me new quotes when I changed what I wanted over and over again). Finally placed the order, was quoted 7-10 weeks for install, yet the windows came in within 4!!! Scheduled my install, and they let me know they had an earlier appointment which I took. Installers showed up on time, worked ALL day and did a bang up job! Far exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was mind blowing. From the window trim, to the touch up paint on my walls, to the clean up, I cannot believe how good of a job they did. It was the definition of white glove service. When the project was finished I got a full tutorial on how to use/clean the windows, and some tips on how to keep them in good shape. I cannot recommend this company enough, if I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend!

I had the windows in my previous home replaced by NE&D about 10 years ago. Don and his team did a great job so when I had a few windows that needed replacing in my new home, I called NW&D. They promptly returned my call and Don came out to give me an estimate and I had Don replace these windows too. I didn’t call anyone else for a quote because I was so happy with working with Don before there was no need for another estimate. NW&D stand by their work. They do quality work. All the communication was clear and timely. Installation was done quickly and with minimum disruption to my life - I was able to work from home, and kids and a dog went by with their day :) End result is beautiful and high quality! Wanted to come in and see door samples. Person on phone not to intersted. Said shoeroom under construction. Offered to have someone come out and measured and give us a quote on 1 door. I said I wasnt sure what type of entry door we wanted. She said she would email a catalogue, which she did. Once we picked 1 type they would measure , and we could sign the contract. Not at all customer friendly. Went somewhere else. Salesperson there very helpful and gave quotes on 7 different doors. Got our contract. Naperville just lost a $8600. Sale!!!!

Don was great but, it was Sandy's quick responses with answers to our questions that really closed the deal. The price was very competitive and the Marvin Windows are fantastic. We switched from 25 yr old original builder-windows to Simonton 5500 Reflection windows on our entire house. We also bought 2 new Velux sky lights. Don, the owner, is a straight forward and honest professional. Not the sketchy scam-artist types that are routinely knocking on our doors and leaving flyers. Steer clear of any company that does that! (worse than used car salesmen) Their quotes were $7,000 higher than Don's price, and a lower quality window. Sandy was great to work with, regarding scheduling, quotes, and billing. The installers did an amazing job. Our windows look fantastic on the outside of the house, as well as the inside. I highly recommend this family-owned local business.

Great pricing and no high pressure sales tactics. Ease of communication with the company. Installers were on-time, friendly, and professional and did an amazing job. Don and his crew beat the competition across the board.

I got quotes from 5 different vendors. Don's company was the best. Their pricing is great, but that isn't what made me choose them. It is a family owned company run by Don and his wife. He presented everything succinctly, and more importantly delivered as promised. I ordered 2 doors, a sliding glass door and a front storm door with a screen. They were able to get both custom made products 2 weeks earlier than expected and the quality is outstanding! The 2 gentlemen that installed the doors were here at 8 am and did not stop work until they were completed! No lunch break even! Their attention to detail was superb. They windexed all the glass and frames to make certain there were no fingerprints, vacuumed everywhere and even scraped every last piece of sticky stuff from the labels off! The house was pristine when they left, not a speck of dust or any sign that they were even here. I truly cannot recommend this company enough! Don came back a week later to inspect the doors and make sure all was well. They were priced well,doors are outstanding quality and service was unparalleled. This is the company you want to go with!

I waited to see how the window installation held up over the winter. We had all our windows, sliding doors, large picture windows and front door replaced late fall. Don was great to work with...no pressure sales tactics. He is direct and to the point and he will be honest with you throughout the process. His installers (Joe and Peter) are real pros. I watched them do the work and they are precise...no short cuts. If they find some issues that needs to be addressed, they will tell you. In our case, our original sun room window was not installed properly and caused major leaks that rotted the wood around the casing. They suggested getting the framing and the wood behind the sidings to be inspected before they installed the window. Ultimately, we asked around for quotes from other contractors, but decided to work with Peter and Joe to do the under siding work...they did great. I trust Naperville Windows and Doors and if they are still around 20-30 years from now then I'll be sure to look them up again. BTW...we installed Simonton vinyl windows...they're great. And we spoke with nine different companies and did our due diligence before selecting Naperville Windows and Doors.

I was very disappointed with Naperville WIndows and Doors. Don came out and measured. About a week later I received a quote via e-mail, never got a follow up call or e-mail or explanation about the quote, whether we were interested or anything. When shopping for windows, always allow the company to explain the product and options that might be available to you. Obviously I did not purchase from Naperville WIndows and Doors, but i do know out of 6 quotes I received, they were not the lowest price. Be a smart and educated shopper.
