We hired Natural Image Property Services to replace a failing retaining wall with Versa-Lok block. We would highly recommend this company. From the ease of scheduling our consultation online, to the actual consultation and subsequent conversations, all was very professional. The two guys who did the work (Taylor and K.C.) were very hard working, very diligent and meticulous—probably not too easy when building a 10’ wall, and having to fit it around a large culvert pipe. Even on 20 degree days they showed up, worked hard and did a fantastic job. All work was done within the original service description, and completed in the time frame specified. Needless to say, we are very pleased.

Simply awesome experience. I received numerous quotes for my front retaining/landscape wall. I knew as soon as Garrett and Anthony stopped out, I knew this was the outfit to hire. These guys are top-notch to say the least. Tons of information and suggestions. Don't worry about always getting the lowest quote. Most times, you get what you pay for. Their quote was middle of the pack, but, most importantly, it was the most detailed. Anthony and Taylor did the work on the wall. These two were the consummate professionals. Knowledgeable, kept me up to date on what was occurring, cared for the surrounding property (to include neighbors lawn), and left the place like they hadn't been there. Also, just great, fun people to talk to. I couldn't have asked for better guys to be at the house. They replaced the failing wall with beautiful Versa-Lok brick and it turned out fantastic. If I ever need landscaping done around the house in the future, Natural Image will get the call. I would certainly recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors. Contacted 10 landscaping companies in the greater Newark area for an estimate on a new construction home. Our offer was contingent on this estimate and we had limited time to complete the process. Had several overgrown burning bushes on the side of the house, the crew came out and did a great job trimming them down to a maintainable height. They also took all of the waste for disposal. Before leaving they had me come out and approve the work. Did a great job and can’t thank them enough that I can see my house again. Two of the guys from Natural Image did an end of season yard cleanup for us this year. Our half acre lot was full of leaves and pine needles, and they knocked it out with leaf blowers and their vacuum truck in a little over 2 hours. The guys were very nice and professional and I can actually see our grass now without leaves. This saved me so much time and was worth every penny. Will definitely use their services again.

Garrett and his crew were great. They removed old stone steps and replaced them with huge stones that will never become dislodged again. They installed a French drain to reroute water around a retaining wall and rebuilt another. When landscape lights weren't coming on, they came back, tore out part of the wall and made sure they did. I cannot speak highly enough about the work the Natural Image Lawn Care team performed. We purchased a home that had not done a fall 2019 or spring 2020 clean up, and the weeds were taller than my husband! There is quite a large amount of landscaping around our home, and every bed was full of weeds, the shrubs were overgrown, the edging was non-existent, and the mulch required replacement. Suffice to say it was a LARGE job! I showed Garrett a photo of what the house used to look like (from the listing when we purchased it, which was clearly taken at least two years prior!), and he said he could get it back to that state. I wasn't sure how he would turn the jungle that was our yard into a work of art, but 4 days later, it is indeed a masterpiece. The team could not have been more personable, professional, or polite. They worked through oppressive heat, rain, and humidity, and did so with what appeared to be terrific positive attitudes and a clear desire to exceed expectations. Taylor, who pruned a million shrubs around the house, was an artist, spending time and attention getting everything "just right," and his efforts are so appreciated. I can't compare their services to anyone else as I haven't used anyone else in the Granville area, and I never will. Natural Image will be my 'go-to' for all of our landscaping needs. Please pass on my thanks to the entire team, and I look forward to being a customer for years to come.

I am a new homeowner and was in need of a spring cleanup and mulching. The cleanup I needed consisted of de-weeding mulch-beds, getting rid of shrubs, dead trees and an old compost pile. I also needed edging, trimming and mulching. When Natural Image came out to look at the property, they were very efficient and professional, and offered some great recommendations for what they could include in the cleanup. When they came out for service, they were very professional and did an amazing job.
