Two guys came out. One did windows with power wand the other by hand. The windows done by hand were AWFUL.! The one dones with power wand were OK. Neither guy did windows sills any good nor were the screens cleaned, and I removed them before the service was done. Overall, I would rate as acceptable, but not great.

We had hired Rolling Thunder Window Cleaning to install holiday lights onto the peaks of our home. The team that installed the lights were professional and arrived when promised. They were careful of our landscaping when using their ladders to reach the peaks. The lights were beautiful and complimented our other holiday yard decorations! In January they came to remove the lights, then wrapped them up and placed them in a reusable bag that was neatly labeled. We will store the lights until the holiday season this year, when we most definitely will have Rolling Thunder return to install them again!

It is easy to schedule their services and the team is always responsive. Rolling Thunder also installs holiday lighting. Last year we scheduled this service and were able to pick out traditional or LED lights which were purchased for us. Rolling Thunder then installed the lighting and took it down at the end of the season. The display was beautiful. We stored the lights and just recently scheduled our seasonal install. Again, the lights are beautiful and we are ready for the holidays! Can’t say enough good things about this service. I would highly recommend the team without reservation.

Had a patio put in and before they could seal the tiles, the house needed power washed. The owner of 1st impressions highly recommended this business. When they arrived 1 worker seemed out of it and burrowed my wife's scissors to cut his sleeves off because he was too hot, the other was a go getter. Screens, window seals, were to be washed too and we were told "sorry he was up all night making boxes with a friend on his other job." The windows looked dirty. Called and owner sent them back. Gutters looked clean. But cement at front porch and driveway were not cleaned, and if they were, not well. My wife wanted to "let it go" but we paid $1091.63. We were out of town when the next crew came out to do the front side walk and driveway they forgot to do the 1st time and as they were bad talking us saying how we were cheap A-holes who wanted free work. My wife contacted the "boss." We watched and listened to this on our surveillance system. Cement was not uniformly cleaned and there were dark hand prints on the siding that we cleaned off with windex and paper towel when we got home. The owner took off $35 off our bill. There are several businesses in this line of work who would have been $350 less expensive. Now I will use a power washer to do my own driveway at the end of summer because it looks poor and spotty. Never again. The owner kept apologizing and saying he was embarrassed, but what he should have done was refunded the money or at least half.

My husband was reluctant because he is a firm do it yourselfer…but even he commented it was the best money spent. I highly recommend Rolling Thunder window cleaning for your home. I received estimates from various companies and their pricing was average, not the highest, not the lowest. They showed up on time, were kind and efficient. There was one window (out of about 30) that had water marks, but I didn't want to be a pain and ask them to come out to redo it. However, after a couple weeks, I couldn't take it and asked them to come out. They did without hesitation to make it right. Even after that amount of time, they didn't ask questions, they just got the job done within a couple days. Thanks Rolling Thunder!

Rolling Thunder power washed the house, windows and patio as well as the walk and stoop up to the front door. Delighted with the job. Rick Winrod personally does the windows and they sparkle. Our screens are on the inside of the windows and he is very careful in the house removing the screens. I saw his ad in the Mimi magazine and the idea of a low-pressure soft wash strongly influenced our decision. His estimate was below that of PPW and Pristine Clean. Those factors, the low pressure soft wash, Rick's personal involvement and the lower estimate, made Rolling Thunder the best choice.
