During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

William corrected a radiator and boiler issue which we have had since we bought this house years ago. We've had multiple well known companies across Durham try, and no one has been able to fix it. We will finally have a warm kitchen this winter! If you have a boiler and radiators I can highly recommend A1 electrical HVAC. And especially William! You will have no better service, and I have had no better service in all my years. Thank you!

A1 Electrical did a wonderful job on the electrical work for the renovation of our community kitchen. The owner, William D Taylor, listened carefully to our plans and gave us expert advice that helped us reach our goals in a cost-effective way. His knowledge and skills made for a stress-free experience as he fit his work in around the work of the other tradespeople -- and he stepped up to help community members with some DIY tasks that proved more challenging than expected. We're hoping to work with him again on future projects.

These guys are the real deal. Mr. Taylor graciously dropped everything he was doing to help me out, and he did it the entire time with a smile on his face. Folks, do not even waste your time with anyone else. The world would be a better place with more Mr. Taylor's!
